Skater (forward or defense) update scale:

From 0 to 60, it costs 1 training point (TPE) to improve an attribute by one.
From 60 to 70, it costs 2 points to improve by one.
From 70 to 80, it costs 4 points to improve by one.
From 80 to 90, it costs 8 points to improve by one.
From 90 to 99, it costs 12 points to improve by one. (Strengths only.)

Weakness:
From 40-60, it costs 2 TPE to improve by one.
From 60-70, it costs 6 TPE to improve by one.
From 70-85, it costs 12 TPE to improve by one.

Bank total is 4, including 2 in specific attributes. you gained 37 TPE, and have spent 38, and prior total was 5, this is how I calculated it. If I misunderstood please pm me.
