Welcome to Calgary Alberta for Game 5 of the Challenge Cup Finals! Last time we were here, the Wolfpack came in and stole their second game of the series and took 2-0 series lead back home with a chance to win in front of the hometown fans in Boston. The Dragons weren’t quite done, however, and have wrestled home ice advantage back from New England, including an amazing quadruple overtime victory in Game 3, and we have a tied series at two games a side! It’s now a three game series. Who wants it more?!

The Dragons win the draw, but the Wolfpack penalty killers rally to secure the loose puck and send it down the ice. They clog up the ice and prevent the Dragons from getting easy puck possession in the offensive zone.

Izzy gets his stick up a bit high and negates their own powerplay. It’s time for some four-on-four action.

The have clearly superior puck possession here on this man advantage. They zip it around the perimeter, making the PKers move their feet, and open up some lanes.
