The Wolfpack won game one by a score of 3-0 in Calgary. Goals came from Patrikov Bure (1), Xander Green (6), and Oisin Fletcher (7) -they had two points on the night assisting on Green's 6th goal of the playoffs. Isaac Kaiser who's set to retire after this years IIHF tournament collected two assists (5, 6) for New England. Cameron Dubois was also involved on the back end for The Wolfpack, recording | 1 A | +2 +/- | 2 SOG | 1 HIT | 2 SB | in under 20 minutes played. The Dragons only put 20 shots on goaltender Mikke Laukkanen who picked up their first shut out of the postseason. New England had 24 SOG. All of their scoring came during 5v5 play despite Calgary taking 37 PIMS in the game.
