Looks like you spent 66 TPE when you only earned 65 - I took the fractional point out of Strength, leaving that at 61 even.

SMJHL no longer has a PT cap, so you don't need to worry about the 1/30. (Unless you wind up doing PGS, which have a cap of 15 per season.)
