Today we have game 5 of this fantastic series which has showcased some of the best hockey talent in the world! Hamilton took game 1 in a high-scoring affair, Muerto had 4 goals and Simons had 5 points for the Hawks in a 7-5 win. Manhattan played a classic road game in game 2, stifling the Hawks offense as they evened it up 3-2 with the overtime goal by the dynamic Merica. In Game 3, the Rage took over and absolutely dominated Hamilton in a 3-0 win, and looked to have control of the series. In Game 4, Manhattan had a 3-goal lead going into the third, and saw it evaporate as Simons worked his Hat-Trick magic and led his team to a 5-4 OT win to even the series. Tonight, the series continues with both teams looking to take the lead and be one step closer to advancing. ************************************ KEYS TO THE GAME Hamilton: Griffin Simons has emerged as a truly elite player this season and has been the catalyst for everything good that happens for the Steelhawks. Can he maintain his torrid pace? Manhattan: CJ James is one of the best goaltenders in the league, but he's been bipolar this series so far, at times looking world-class and at other times looking like the second coming of Aboud Chamas.
