But before we start, let's look back at the previous games.
Game 1 saw the Anaheim Outlaws take the first lead in this series, beating St Louis 5-3, despite the Scarecrows scoring the first goal of the game. Anaheim equalized it on the power play in the second, and scored 3 goals in the first half of the third that secured their win, despite St Louis coming back to 4-3 with 2 goals within a minute halfway through the period. Another power play goal by Anaheim sealed it. In game 2 , the Scarecrows scored the opening goal again, but saw the Outlaws peg one back later in the first period. The St Louis team scored their second of the game in the second period, going into the third with a one goal lead. However, for the second game in this series the Anaheim Outlaws picked up the goalscoring pace in the third period and beat the St Louis Scarecrows by 4-3. The third game of the series had both teams ready and raring to go. And boy, did it show. The first period saw St Louis again with the opening goal, that's three in a row, and when the dust settled at the end of the period a 3-3 score was on the scoreboard. For this game, two unanswered goals by Anaheim in the second period, and a goal by both teams in the third lead to a 6-4 win for Anaheim. So, going into game 4 the Anaheim Outlaws are leading the series 3-0. Can they finish it, or will the St Louis Scarecrows take their stand here and win their first game of the series in the hopes of turning it around? ![]() Registered Posting Freak

Nets wins the face-off for St Louis. The puck is picked up by teammate (and every announcers nightmare) Ruslan Zaporozhets. Zaporozhets quickly moves it to Ronlain on the other side. Ronlain skates along the boards, bring the puck into the Anaheim Outlaws zone. Trey Nets has positioned himself in high in the slot, and is asking for the puck. Ronlain looks up, gives the pass and skates past his defender towards the net. They’ve surely practiced this setup, and Nets tries to feed the puck back to Ronlain in front of the net.

Zimmerman intercepts for the Outlaws and passes it to the side. He finds Nicholas Owens, who skates back around his own net to buy some time. Zimmerman skates up to the blue line, and into the neutral zone. He is wide open, and Owens has no problem getting the stretch pass there. Zimmerman, still open, moves the puck into the St Louis endzone and passes to Carragher. Carragher feeds it back to the blue line, where Kofix is covering for Zimmerman. Kofix feels the Scarecrows pressuring him, dumps the puck in deep and the Anaheim Outlaws go for a line change.

Elizabeth Doyle leaves her crease to retrieve the puck. It ends up with Ronlain, who dumps it into the Outlaws zone, so his line can go for a change as well. Grant Thurber sees the change and hustles to the free puck, followed by a long pass to Ivan Maximus. Mega Tron and Kasius saw through their plan and go straight for Maximus, who dumps the puck. Danny Marston is the first to arrive at the puck, and moves it to Kasius in the neutral zone. Kasius skates it into their attacking zone and passes it to Aron Hernadivic. Thurber tries to steal the puck away from Hernadivic, but misses and clips the St Louis Player in the head with his stick. We have the first penalty of the game for the Anaheim Outlaws.

St. Louis will bring out their second power play unit; Dangelcheck, Hernadivic, Tron, Kasius and Elsner will try to find a way through Maximus, Pritchard, Petrenko and Stearf. Another early goal in this game for St Louis would definitely help them on their way to their first win of this series. Although Anaheim won’t be too disheartened if St Louis do score that first goal again, since they failed to build on that lead in the first three games.

Dangelcheck wins the face-off. The Scarecrows move the puck into the Outlaws zone and start passing it around, looking for an opening. Stearf intercepts, dumps it and the Anaheim defense goes for a change. The Scarecrows bring the puck back up the ice, and are looking for opportunities here. Shot by Erben Kasius, but blocked by Owens. The deflected puck ends up on the stick of Kasius, who tries to surprise Chamberlain!
