1- In this update (link), you claimed 12 TPE for S59 Training Camp but you could've claimed 18 TPE (+6 TPE)
2- In this regression (link), you should've included  PT#5 in your regression. You should've regressed 129 TPE in total (1421+3)*9% = 129 TPE, bringing your total post-regression to 1295 TPE.
3 - In this regression (link), you were at 1357 TPE before regression. You earned 54 TPE before regression so you should've regressed 170 TPE (1357 + 54)* 12% = 170 TPE, bringing your total post-regression to 1241 TPE.
4 - You then earned 51 TPE in your latest update, bringing your total TPE to 1292 TPE with 92 TPE in bank
