Eide take a shot!

But it falls wide, Jones however picks up the puck right next to the net and attempts to slot it in...

The second period goes by following the goal without a lot of solid chances for either team as Colorado desperately attempt to regain their hold on the game, and to an extent, this series.

The referees spot Mikko Kvi in what they believe to be a holding violation, and so Colorado get on the man advantage.

It seems their strategy is to pepper McFadden with as many shots as possible...

McFadden continuing to hold strong here against the tide of Mammoths shots on net. Kristoffer Ruud collects the puck and launches a heavy slap shot on net, Conway is screening McFadden and manages to get his stick on it....

Nyquist wins it and takes a shot on net!

Sludge dives in front of it and blocks it, but the puck's collected by Donald Trump who gathers himself and takes a shot...

But Sludge is in front of it again and blocks it!!

Saint Jericho has it now though, and he winds up and lets off a rocket shot!
