The home team seems a bit rattled right now, but there's still a whole period left. Plus a minute of this one, actually. Let's see what happens in that minute.


Faceoff in the neutral zone, not immediately following the goal but about 30 seconds after, there was some horse hockey in the middle that I'm not gonna talk about. Kinsler wins the draw, Lloren steps forward to pick up the puck. He skates the puck up towards the Calgary net, drop pass to Kinsler, who immediately sends it to Lidstrom.


Labsvards gets the puck on his stick for about one second, but Palat comes in and just takes it back. He sends it across to Lloren, who is ready with the one-timer...

Since the invention of the sport, hockey has always had three periods, not two halves.

Nothing interesting happens for the first five minutes, so we're gonna do a little timeskip. woobly wibbly wub

6 minutes in, faceoff in the Dragons zone, Anrikkanen drags the puck away from the dot. Horvat lunges for it...










But he comes up short! The sandwich guy gets off a neat little pass to Jalopski, who calmly skates up the ice. His progress goes unimpeded, as the big guy is a terror on the ice, so much so that none of the home team want to even get near him. The goatman slides the puck over towards Anri-








Tsizling strides in and intercepts the pass! The Renegade sends a long outlet pass to Kins-









Why not Zoidberg!? He resumes the cycling, gets the puck over back to Jalopski who moves it to Anrikkanen, just like the same events of about 15 seconds ago.
