The Dragons win the draw on the hands of Nicky Pedersen following the penalty in their own end. They play keep-away with the Barracuda forwards before the Cudas snag a puck and move it out to the blue line. Kristaps Ball lines up a shot, and tees it away, but it careens off the boards into the corner where it's scooped up by Austin Roenick. Roenick's shot flies into the corner as well. The Cudas reset and get a fresh set of legs on the ice, keeping the puck in the Dragons end.

Kholin moves the puck to DuBolk. DuBolk fakes a shot from the line and slides the puck around the boards to Sawchuk who waits patiently behind the net...
