The Armada once again set up on the powerplay, after being frustrated by an adept Ryan Shepard winning two straight defensive zone draws.

There's plenty of passing but not nearly enough shooting, as the Armada are clearly looking for the perfect shot to beat Del Vecchio. Anchorage's Jake Primeau does get a good look in the crease, but he's stopped by the Knights goalie.

WIth seconds remaining in the powerplay, Daniel Bischoff lets loose a snap shot that seems labeled for the inside of the far post!

But it just misses! An inch to the right and we're looking at a tied hockey game.

The Knights fans in attendance breathe a collective sigh of relief as Nystrom makes his way back to his bench... two minutes earlier than the Armada may have liked.

With five minutes remaining in the second, there's more penalty trouble, but this time for the Armada. Ryan Cvitkovich gets 2 or less for hooking.
