As time winds down in the second period, Tampa is pressing and now they have drawn a penalty!

Brennan Kennedy Jr. getting called for holding

Barracuda will get their first powerplay of the game!

BZZZZZTTTTTT!!

That's the end of the second period, in which the Dragons extended their lead to 4 goals, only to see Tampa strike back twice to narrow the gap in half!

And They will have the man advantage when play resumes in the 3rd period!

Goals for this period are 1 for Calgary Dragons vs 2 for Tampa Bay Barracuda.

Shots for this period are 15 for Calgary Dragons vs 13 for Tampa Bay Barracuda.

THIRD PERIOD


We begin the 3rd with Tampa Bay on the powerplay, down by 2 goals. They were sevrely outplayed in the first half of this game but have battled back to within striking distance.

Calgary needs a strong kill here to maintain their 2 goal cushion.

The puck is dropped and here we go!


Pedersen wins the draw and Dash sends it deep into Barracuda's end.

Ball starts the rush. he passes to Evans who carries it into the Dragons' end

Drop pass to Roenick, who loses control but Ball keeps it in.

He feeds Soderberg who passes back to Ball
