The Sarmad Khan voting you claimed last week is S61 voting, which is regressed. You lose the same amount of TPE either way so it doesn't matter. Total TPE post regression results in the same 1444. Your bank is at 15 though. (You had 61 in your bank including the voting, which you remove 46 from to go to 15, but then you also add the Sarmad Khan voting in again at the end - if you were removing the voting it should have been 60 in your bank -46 to 14, +1 to 15 again).
