Another save by Brownlee, and this time he holds on! He adjusts himself beautifully to lock down the deflected puck off Bischoff's stick without a rebound, and that's the last action of this killed-off Swiss powerplay!

He's scuffed it! The puck wasn't bouncing right for the lone goal-scorer of this match, and the puck harmlessly floats wide after he fails to catch it properly.

And we are back for the second period! Veccelli wins the opening draw against Gold and Switzerland gain possession, Barbashev II takes it up the ice, and gaining the zone he is tripped by Coitus-Wagg, so Switzerland will get an early powerplay in this second frame.

Looking to bounce back after that equalizer, Switzerland come back on the offensive through Bobby. After a powerful drive, Bobby backhands one off the outside of the post. Archer has a shot that's whistled wide too, but Bobby has picked it up behind the net and throws it to the front of the net, where Kuster is found sneaking in front the point...

AND JUST LIKE THAT THE ALPINE LEAD AGAIN THROUGH KUSTER!

Ricky Bobby takes matters into his own hands on this play and his hard work on this shift is rewarded by a goal from Kuster, who beats Brownlee this time after having been robbed by him earlier.
