But no arm goes up! The referees think it catches the glass on it’s way over and thus no penalty.

Driftwood isn’t happy about the decision, he’s in all of the referee’s faces complaining about the decision

Garret wins the faceoff and immediately ices it to give Team USA some breathing time.

The penalty killers are doing an excellent job here, after several regroups Sweden just can’t enter the zone.

At long last they manage to get the puck over the blueline. Pasamus gets it to Carter II who has a crack at goal, with no defenders in sight..

It’s wide once more! The penalty expires and Sweden won’t be happy with being unable to convert two power plays in a row.

It’s a clean hit but the Swedes are not happy. Svensson’s face is a picture and some aggressive stick checking has possession back in the hands of Sweden.
