Reginald Rove has the puck for the British and tries a breakout pass....... but can only find Jon Toner. Toner moves it to Lavelle, Lavelle hits Rocekfeller as they move through the zone. Rockefeller dumps the puck in, Macintyre retrieves it and KABOOM, HE GETS DESTROYED BY ROCKEFELLER ALONG THE BOARDS! MacIntyre better have his insurance paid up after a hit like that!

We;re still early in the first, Ian Essellemm with the puck for Ireland, scrapping in the corners with Ray Bork. He loses it, get the puck back, comes in with a shot but a good glove save by Robinson! First serious chance of the game but Robinson dealt with it well!

British leaning back against the ropes here as Ireland apply the pressure. The Irish are crashing the net relentlessly and Robinson is getting riled. He needs some support from his defenders!

Shot by Lombardi deflected! Stopped by Robinson. Essellemm back in! Deflected again, but Robinson soaks it up again!

Robinson looks furious under his mask, as Ireland just have all of the play right now!

Robinson shoving the Irish out of his crease with abandon midway through the first. You'd think Ireland's been on the powerplay all game!

Robinson can't see past Dermot Lavelle as Ireland move the puck around in the British zone. Quick pass to the boards, Watson's got an angle! Robinson's out of position!

Great Britain trying to get their feet back under them here. Captain Rex Kirkby in on a 2-on-1 with Dakota Reid. Reid takes the pass, draws O'Callaghan to the ice with a deke, and steps in for a shot!

Beaxjeaux Biscuit juggles it, but quickly covers up and holds on for a faceoff!

First coherent attack of the game for the British. It better not be their last.........

Great Britain still stumbling a lot, but things are improving as we reach the end of the 1st. The threat might not be done yet though. Spitfire intercepts a poor pass and feeds Toner, Toner moves it to Augustus, AUGUSTUS SHOOTS! Robinson makes the save, tries to play it out................

OH AND HES GONE AND PLAYED IT RIGHT TO FLETCHER! FLETCHER SHOOTS! But its right at Robinson..........

The horn sounds to end the first period and Great Britain needs to change things up. Ireland outshot them 15-3 and it could've been even worse. They've had most of the play all period but haven't solved Cedric Robinson yet.

Ireland's come out firing for the second period trying to put the game to bed, but things are getting tetchy here. Great Britian is using a lot of stick work and even some facewashes and elbows in the corners, but the refereeing is lenient so far.

Oisin Fletcher gets the puck at the faceoff circle and fires! It hits a body in front but Robinson got a piece of it! Rebounded back to Fletcher but Robinson makes another save and quickly covers up!

Robinson wanting his defense to start helping him out, hes taking off his mask and waving with his blocker at his blueline here.

Great Britian trying to get something going in the neutral zone. Zander Green moves the puck, but gets pickpocketed by Liam O'Callaghan........who takes a stick to the face by TJ Bayley in response! The ref notices that, and Great Britain's in a disaster movie here, they've got a penalty to kill against this high-flying Irish attack!
