West Kendall starts this period the way they ended the second, looking desperate in the best of ways, getting chance after chance. Koch Schroder has the puck in LA’s zone at the blue line and takes slap shot that misses the net. The puck is picked up by Wilson who takes a shot that’s blocked by James Johnson. Mikko Linna picks up that rebound and shoots it, but Johnson dives in front of that shot as well. Johnson is looking like a man willing to do anything to get the W for Los Angeles.

Light finds the rebound of Linna’s shot and circles behind the net try and lose Johnson and the goalie and ends up going for a wraparound, but the puck goes straight through the crease!
