Ah nah I can't savor my victory against Russia if you guys didn't have the right lines sorry to hear man. Always feels shitty to win or lose to an j fair advantage like that.

So to clarify, it appears Russia's PP lines were indeed incorrect for the sim.

First off I want to apologize to Russia. STHS should have just taken the lines from the last game of the round robin and copied them to the playoffs so I'm honestly not sure how that happened.

I loaded up a backup and made the line changes to see how much of a difference it made and the results of a "7 game series" were

Game 1: Canada
Game 2: Russia
Game 3: Russia
Game 4: Russia
Game 5: Canada
Game 6: Canada
Game 7: Russia

So Canada won the first game but Russia won overall. Since it looks like a best of 1 would really almost be a 50/50 toss up I can't honestly re-sim since I don't think it would be fair to Canada especially with the best of 1 format we use.

Once again I sincerely apologize and will do my best to prevent it from happening again.

For future reference I encourage all GMs to try using the client file to submit lines like shown here: http://theshl.b1.jcink.com/index.php?showtopic=52865

This would get rid of any human errors!

That being said expect the next sim to be around 10:00 AM PST (25 mins from now)

When I was head of USA I was told we had to use the client file to submit lines. Why wasn't Russia using the client file if we "have to" use it?
