Berger wins the face-off. It’s back to Müller, he shoots, Koskinen slides to block that. Berger picks it up he shoots one. Winnfield slides to block that one. Oh, those are gonna sting.

The puck’s on Berger’s stick again and he shoots, but that’s just wide of the net. Seattle gets to the puck then dumps it out. Then, Rogers-Tanaka gets to the puck then ices it? That’s a bad play.

Winter wins another face-off and off the draw it’s back to Nikitin at the point. He moves it across to Kylrad for the one-timer. That’s wide and hits the glass.

Keenan picks it up and allows the team to take moment to regroup in their own zone. They’re ready and they’re on the attack. Keenan leads the way. He comes into the slot, he fires!

Rose gets a piece of the glove on that one. Scherbluk gets to it and he passes it to Vikstrand at the point. Vikstrand throws it on net. Rose kicks it out with the pad. It’s back to Vikstrand who’s pinching. He fires and fans on it. Parker slides to block it easily.

Keenan gets to it and he shoots that one intentionally wide. Scherbluk gets to it at the side of the net. He taps at it at the side of the net. Rose slides across to to stop that one with the pad. *WHACK* *WHACK* they keep whacking at it that, but Rose stays strong with the pad.

30 seconds left in the period. Scherbluk wins the face-off again. Edmonton’s got it going in Seattle’s zone. Rogers-Tanaka fires a shot that’s wide intentionally. Kane gets it behind the net. He moves to the front of the net trying a wrap-around. Rose kicks it out. Berger races for the puck. He shoots, but Koskinen slides across to block it.

Ratzon wins the face-off to start the second. Right away there are plenty of icings.

Scherbluk wins the face-off and there’s not much offense generated, but two minutes into the second Manninng’s entering the zone as Seattle’s changing their lines. He shoots and Aittokallio gloves that one down easily.

Kylrad wins the face-off and it’s back to Cameron Urbowicz. He throws that one on net as there’s a swarm of bodies in front of the net.

Kylrad manages to re-direct that one. Aittokallio cannot react quick enough and that’s past him. Seattle scores another two minutes into the second period.
