Now 3 minutes into the second period, the Steelhawks still with the 1-0 lead. McKeil wins the draw against Hall, he passes the puck to Thomaz, Thomaz enters the Renegades zone and sets up, he looks for a pass but decides to shoot... blocked by Jim Lahey, Lahey passes to Krivokrasov, he skates into the zone and shoots but Clitsome gets a stik on the puck. In come Partlow, he fires.... blocked by Trey! The Steelhawks are playing excellent defense right now! Now Gustafsson, he comes around and shoots from a bad angle but he is also blocked!!! Byrde now shoots... BLOCKED BY HARTMAN! Gauthier with a blast....

Salmon wins the draw and heads up the ice, he has speed and fires a quick shot but it rings around the glass and comes to the point, Partlow passes to Daigle, he shoots, McKeil with the block! Daigle again, he steps in and shoots....

Hall wins the ensuing faceoff, he passes it to Partlow, Partlow shoots right into the stomach of Tanner and he holds on for the whistle. Jakobsen wins the next draw, he gets leveled by Hall and the puck comes right to Hall, Hall takes a step in and shoots.... Tanner with the save.

Salmon wins the draw and passes it back to Partlow, he gets hit by Mars III and Mars dumps it down the ice. Penalty is over and so is the period as the Steelhawks and Renegades both get one and this game is heading to the third period with the Steelhawks leading by one.

Goals for this period are 1 for Hamilton Steelhawks vs 1 for Texas Renegades.
Shots for this period are 3 for Hamilton Steelhawks vs 11 for Texas Renegades

Starrt of the final period of play, Joe McKeil wins the faceoff against Lionel Byrde (lol wtf), the puck squeaks out to Chris Partlow and he takes it up the ice, he gets bumped by Franklin Trey and advances the puck deep into the zone, Daigle picks it up and tries the wraparound but Muller is there with his stick to block it. Now Chico Salmon with the puck, he shoots.... WIDE! Byrde with a chance.... WIDE! Daigle with a chance......
