We check back in late in the seventh minute of action as Dragons Creller dumps the puck into the Minnesota zone to get a change for the Dragons.

Chiefs Koivu retrieves it and sends it to Garbanzo who finds Ødegård. Ødegård enters the neutral zone and dumps it into the Dragons zone.




Dragons Randleman retrieves for Calgary and finds Creller. Creller starts to pick up steam as he enters the neutral zone…






Creller looks like a freight train as he barrels almost uncontested into the Chiefs zone!

The Saddledome is in ecstasy as the Dragons build up a lead that will surely put Minnesota in a tough spot, but there is a lot of time with still a period and half left in this game. Minnesota are gonna need to find that next level to their play if they are gonna tie this game back up.

We fast forward and pick up the action as we close in on the tenth minute of play as Chiefs Pelletier wins face-off versus Mack in the Calgary zone. A much needed win, as the Chiefs start to cycle the puck in the Calgary zone.




Thorstein is found with time and lines up his shot!
