We start the second the same way we started the first, with a face off between the two talisman of their teams in Kurczewski and Nova. Chiefs Nova wins the draw and we restart game 7 in the Saddledome.

A stop and start beginning to the second as we see a lot of whistles in quick succession.

But now entering the fifth minute of play we really start to see play open up and a pass from Chiefs Shirobokov intercepted by Dragons Kaiser in neutral zone. Kaiser quickly finds Forsberg as they enter the Chiefs zone.

Calgary start to work their passing in the Chiefs zone, completing 10(!Wink passes in quick succession before Kurczewski is found wide open!

We find ourselves over six minutes into the second period, now as Dragons Forsberg tries to gain the Chiefs zone but BIG HIT FROM JON TELLOFSON!

Oh boy the crowd is losing it! Minnesota need to answer to stop the Dragons from grabbing the momentum with this home crowd in the Saddledome!


We’ll restart with a face off between Kurczewski and Strange. Dragons Kurczewski wins the draw and restarts play in the second as the crowd sings Forsberg’s name!
