Kinsler gets the puck and Skarsgaard skates up and drops the shoulder. They both fall to the ice.
Skarsgaard pins Kinsler down as the play leaves the zone, the ref sees that and sends Skarsgaard to the box for holding. Texas gets their chance on the PP
Byrde gets his stick caught up in Wastlunds skates and gives LA their first PP opportunity.
But they cant scrounge up any offense and its killed off.

Second period once again goes to the Panthers who get off to a great start, but FourFour is still focused even after the intermission and stops the offense.
The next few minutes are icings and missed shots, always good.
After an offside o the Panthers, Salmon gets the win over Andrezjeck and the Rene's go on the attack.
Partlow with it as they skate into the offensive zone, pass to Byrde

Partlow grabs the rebound and shoots it right past the glove of Weekes!

The Panther defense has definitely picked up their game stopping a lot of pucks getting to Weekes, which surely he is happy about.
They just cant manage to string together any offense good enough in the closing minutes of the second to find a goal, not getting any shots in the last 5 minutes.

Im pretty busy tonight, sorry about the breaks and lack of PbP. I was hoping I'd be less preoccupied.
Both sides split even chances in the first 5 minutes of the 3rd, and play is filled with stop and go action, not continuing for more than 30 consecutive seconds for the most part.
FourFour has put on a phenomenal show this game so far and the Panthers are struggling to beat him.
Lets pick up at the second half of the 3rd where the entire 10th minute was non existent
