Rules:
-Players are on waivers for 24 hours
-Players with 3+ years since their draft will be subject to waivers if sent down (right now this means S1-S16 draftees would be waiver eligible)
-If claimed, they join the claiming team immediately
-If unclaimed, they have cleared waivers and will join the SMJHL team they were assigned to
-You go to last if you claim a player. The order does reset with the reverse of the standings from the prior year, but does not reset week-to-week during the season.
-All players released will go through waivers.
-Players on waivers will cost 500k against your budget. If they clear waivers and you sign them, you will be forced to pay their original contract at the time of their release.
-You cannot claim your own player.
