Its the blizzard turn as they bring the puck down the ice into the Riot zone! A couple shots on net but nothing gets to Rose until Longford finds a rebound fo the end boards to put a shot on net!

Not much happening this 2nd period as it seems that the Riot are trying to solve their defensive issues from the 1st, and the Blizzard are happy just holding on to this lead.

At the 11:04 point, Mark Longford lays a big hit on Chara Brojled though and it gets the crowd excited!

That seems to get him going and 4 seconds later he puts on another big hit this time to Peter Parker! He takes the puck away!

Ohh and save by Dustin Rose, as he looks to be getting over whatever was happening in the 1st period...

That will end the 2nd period, as the Riot went full defense to stop the bleeding and the Blizzard just are find holding this lead...
