I posted in the areas that I needed some back up people to help. I get the complaints man, but is all this necassary now. Im sorry that after a 12 - 14 hour day, not including 40 mins of driving both ways most days that Im too tired. Not trying to be a dick, just frustrated how it keeps dragging on. Id be pissed too if I werent being updated.

Really sorry for pissing you guys off with this to this extent. When I took the updater job I hadnt yet started this job so I had no idea. Just want you guys to understand my side too and up til you, no one has. Sims important, but nowhere near as important as anything in real life such as a job or family. Like I said, Im feeling more established as I came into this job (pipe) green, so now hopefully there will be no issues man! Cheers

No one has beef with you or under appreciates the job at hand. It's just I think people are annoyed they have jobs in real life too and put some time in here to have fun, but have to rely on someone else who maybe wasn't game with the job description from the start.

Thanks for the explanation, we hadn't had one so we were all frustrated together. Considering we are doing shitty in the sim and we are one of the only teams not to be updated, it would be unfair and technically we could ask for re-sims considering that's highly slated against us. Overall, thanks for the explanation and telling us what happened.

Next time though, leave it short and don't tell us the personal stuff in detail. It's not that we don't care, but that sort of works against you.

I started employment after I had taken the updating position so it wasn't expected to be quite like this Wink

I think I got things better under control and am able to fufill my updating.

Slight change to my updating schedule.

I had been doing updates on Sunday nights. I'm going to be doing them on Saturday night this season. JayWhy wants to update the sim on Sunday nights. With my new work schedule, it might be tough for me to get them done by a reasonable time if I wait until Sunday.
