the dragons frustration in not being able to get anything done is adding up and it looks like they are gonna be going to the box first, Parmborg got a little lazy after getting beat wide and hooks wilson down. Let’s see if tampa can convert here

Dragons pressure relentlessly on the penalty kill even forcing klaus to ice it after being hemmed in their own zone even with the man advantage. What this isn’t what a power play looks like, they fish were in their end the entire power play and Maui once again has to ice it from the relentless board play. No shots for either team on this power play, what is going on.

Halfway through the first period and nobody seems to be giving an inch. Lots of low quality chances and high tempo pressure from the defense of each team.

Who gets absolutely crushed by rainbow dash and losses the puck! It’s a 2 on 0 back down the other way but oh no…. What’s this? Veteran elite skater Mike Izzy was too excited and was offside on the rush! Yikes

That goal does not have the dragons down at all it seems, they are right back on the rush, and Dash brings it into the zone and shoots!
Big block from DuBolk but Pedersen finds the loose puck and another block by the fish this time by Salo but its behind him oooh but he hauls down Batsbak and thats another hooking penalty this time for the fish.
