Updated! By my count you should have 34 TPE banked after this update. Your post-regression build (prior to the increase in balance) has 1609 TPE applied as seen here, making the banked prior to your post-regression additions 8 instead of 14. After that everything else falls in line.

So in reality that's just a long way of saying your regression checks out, you have 34 banked TPE and 1683 total TPE!
