Padua, Italy
AS Bari and Padua have agreed to a loan deal that will see German winger Francesco Moyer spend the rest of the season on loan in Padua. Bari's manager believes that the loan will be beneficial to the progression of the 22 year old winger, Moyer commented on the loan deal saying he is happy to be recieving playing time and can't wait to go out and show what he's capable of, if all goes well for him he could see himself being a starter in bari when they are promoted next season.

And only one cup right?

Man the Lower English leagues are like 46 games long and they have 3 cups. so many more games, lol, i like this though it is pretty streamlined.

yup only one cup. Next year will be the same thing, 38 games one cup but if we finish in the top 5 in Serie A there will be either Champions or Euro league in season 3

Lazio, Italy
Round of 16 football. The first step to a championship was played today between Lazio and Bari. You could see the looks of nervousness on the faces of the AS Bari players, the Serie B team was heavily underdoged against the Serie A titans. The game turned out to be a great matchup as Bari's training for the week made it hard on Lazio. The game remained goalless until Lazio's Lulic scored from in the box in first half stoppages. Bari came out strong in the 2nd half firing on Lazio's Federico Marchetti but the national team's keeper kept Bari in the game. Bari's best chance to draw level came when a Cristoph Klose shot hit the post, Garcia's header on the rebound flew right into Marchetti's hands. The game ended by a score of 1-0 for Lazio sending Bari home wondering what could have been. Cristoph Klose made his return from an 8 week injury in today's game.
