@"Vandy"  Few issues here, but in the end, you get the increases to the final attribute level you posted, but without the bank.

273 prior TPE + 45 TPE = 318 new total TPE; not 322
Your Puckhandling started at 10; not 11.  So, 10->12 = 13 TPE; not 8
Your Hitting started at 5; not 8.  So, 5->8 = 4 TPE; not 2.
The extra cost in TPE (7) eats up the bank you thought you'd end with.  So, banked = 0.
