It looks like you've used the Update Assistant to get this first one done. Your "TPE Before Update" should be your overall TPE, so your post would look something like the following:

Total Points Earned: 155 + 7 = 162

It's a good idea to keep track of your overall TPE in your updates in addition to how much you earned in that update so that there aren't any mistakes in future updates.

If you end up having TPE you can't spend in a future update, you can "bank" it to use in a later update.
