Here is your audit!! (its a thought process)

On your 5/16 update, your bank should start at 187 due to the 16 added from the Stamina change
You had 409 applied then posted a 425 build. this takes 16 out of your bank to lower it to 171 (which you had)
You then forgot to add the "10 Year Anniversary PT Claim (+4 TPE)" to your totals.
Should be 670 Total and 245 Banked by this point

On your 5/25 update, your updates go to:
690 Total and 265 Banked

Your 425 build checks out in the player builder, which means your issue was in your bank.

TLDR;
Total TPE is 690
Bank is 265
Applied is 425
