Kelowna win the starting face-off that sees Novotny come out victorious against Boone. Some nifty passing play ensues from the Knight’s which looks like it may pay-off with a breakaway but the stretch pass from Puhcheese is intercepted by some great foresight by O’Dowd. O’Dowd then tries to move the puck up the ice but is intercepted by Novotny who takes the puck into the offensive zone.


Novotny passes to Puhcheese, calms down the pay by passing it back to Horvat. Horvat finds Castillo Gutierrez. She has an opening. She takes aim and fires a deadly wrister towards goal….!
