as a GM, I wouldn't pay higher than an late 2nd/Early 3rd.

His value is detoriating quickly, but Mexico is a legend so somebody might still pay a 2nd to get him, although I doubt it and I also don't think that the Jets will be sellers as long as they have McBride. I do think though that Mexico should call it quits this pre-season and play his final year in the SHL in S13, a guy with his legacy doesn't deserve to have everyone see him getting worse and worse with each year and then retire as a bottom-liner (although he probably already was that this year in Winnipeg).
