Empoli, Italy
Empoli surprised many in what should have been a battle of boys vs men as they gave the league leaders a run for their money tonight. Coralli struck first for an emphatic Empoli side who were surprised to take a 1-0 lead in the 26th minute. The lead was short lived though as Bernard tied the game with a shot from in the box that just barely got over a diving Bassi. Garcia gave Bari the lead in the 73rd minute and Donini failed to convert on a 88th minute penalty as Bari walked away with a 2-1 victory. ![]() Registered Posting Freak
