That’s not good! A last second hit by Cal Labovitch has put Denver Wolfe on the ice and he’s not getting up. It looked like the hit ricocheted his head into the boards… I doubt it was on purpose but not a good look nonetheless.

It’s a full on pushing match between all players on the ice. The refs were there quickly to break up any potential fights but a few well chosen words were said(read: yelled). The British team medic heads to the ice to check up on Denver.

He’s slow to get up but he seems fine. They’ll have to verify in the period break as the ref blows the period over even though there are 3 seconds left on the clock.

That’s the end of number 2. DACH is up, but can they hold on to the most dangerous of leads?

We have some good news regarding Denver. He was a little shaken up but he didn’t get a concussion and will be playing in the third period.

Third and potentially final period starts now!

Mitchell wins the faceoff. Passes it to Daniel Kuster who moves into the British zone with speed!

It’s moving quick now folks!

We’re yet again in the British zone. Riley Kruse wins the faceoff but he doesn’t get to keep it for long.

Denver takes it off of him and takes it into the neutral zone.

But then it goes the other way!







Rocco Berni pickpockets Denver and sends it back into the British zone! With plenty of DACH players still nearby and chasing!

John Forfeit gets to the puck first but loses the puck when Cassidy Lhotsky hits him into the boards!

Luckily for the Brits, Berry Blue was ready and scooped up the puck while John and Cassidy hugged it out in the corner.

They move it into the neutral zone!

Into the DACH zone!

Stirling gets the puck from Denver and backhands it towards the net!

Nolan makes himself as big as he can! Aaaaaand…

The puck fumbles down in front of him and Nolan covers it up. Refusing to let go of that shutout.

DACH has moved the puck back into the British zone and we’re looking at a faceoff to the right of Elizabeth.

Luca wins the faceoff and gets the puck to Danila.

They pass it around the zone looking for an opportunity.

Intercept… WAIT! WHAT NOW?

Ladies and gentlemen. We have a penalty! The first of the game.

Luca Veccelli is going to sit for 2 minutes for hooking. Apparently he made his stick too friendly with Stirling MacTavish’s hands after the faceoff.



Huh… the Brits are complaining about something…

We just heard why. The play was blown dead while the British Isles had possession of the puck. Or so they argue.

Guy O'Shea had stolen the puck from team DACH and the ref blew the whistle at the same time as the puck changed hands.

Well, nothing to do about that now. They have a very important power play to focus on.

John Forfeit wins the faceoff in DACH’s zone.

Gets the puck to Bobcalf. He tries to send it back to John but Danila gets their hands on it and sends it aaaaall the way down to the other side of the ice.






The Brits gather themselves and start another attack led by Bobby Bobcalf.

He moves it into DACH’s zone again. And they’re all set up.

Bobby fakes a pass, and shoots it!










It goes through a lot of traffic. McMahon doesn’t have much vision!











But he gets a pad on it!

Stirling regains possession and sets up Abel Skinner with a beautiful diagonal pass!
