Great Britain starting to get a few more shots on Biscuit, even if they're routine saves its important to get a rhythm going.

Green wins a big faceoff for the British. It cycles over to Bayley. Bayley shoots!

It hits Biscuit's arm and goes high!

Ireland have the puck back late in the second and are moving it well again. Lombardi has it near the blueline and rushes ing, but gets taken OUT by MacIntyre! Loose puck in front!

AND ITS IN THE BACK OF THE NET! ERIC PELLETIER SCORES! THE IRISH TAKE A 2-0 LEAD!

Puck got lost in a forest of bodies in front and Pelletier was in the right place at the right time! Huge goal for Ireland, and they've kept the momentum after a brief British surge earlier in the 2nd!

The horn sounds for the end of the 2nd and Great Britain are in trouble here. You can see the disappointment written all over the face of Cedric Robinson as he takes off his mask. Hes tried, he really has, but the defensive setup in front has just let him down tonight.
