Okay, so! I apologize, but this might be a little long.

First and foremost, you did not overspend, so nothing needs to be taken out. It's actually the complete opposite--with the changes that you've specified, you've actually underspent by 11TPE. That 11TPE includes a +6 to Scoring that wasn't applied and then 5 spare free TPE to be spent anywhere. The total is correct (352) and the banked total would be correct (2) but you've got 11 TPE unapplied.
