Big block by Arik Mikita, Mikita picks the puck up and skates down to the neutral zone with it... He then sends down a pass towards Carson Shmyr, who let's moves around the Montreal defence... HE SHOOTS!!

Saved by Matt-Lewis Flood! He's already made some easy saves earlier this game, but this one was the hardest of the bunch.

Folks, I really can't believe I'm saying this but the rest of this period had passed with this game becoming interception city, Lewis-Flood hadn't had much work to do. All there shots had been straight to them. However I feel this next period will be interesting.



(OOC): Legit, this first period was just interceptions and line changes. 2nd ones more entertaining trust.

We are back with the second period of play, after that boring first period. Will this one be any different?

Jaxson Reynolds makes a pass towards Conway, but Richard Douglas extends his stick and intercepts it. He dumps the back to the neutral zone. Tony Pellegrino body checks Rowe to the side before he get's to it. Pellegrino passes it towards BJ Subban, who let's a one timer rip...!

He scores! BJ Subban give's the Mammoths a lead early in the second period, increasing there chances of that cup that they all want!

The puck is dropped again after, Subban gives the Mammoths a 1-0 lead against the Impact, Dickie Pecker wins the face off against Wesley Wells, Dickie passes to towards Aleksander Stromberg who's down in the Impact zone. He get's around Weber and he shoots...!

Shot flies over the bar, and BJ Subban retrieves the puck sending it towards Sludge, Sludge takes the quick shot!

Lewis-Flood catches it in his gloves, and controls it with no-rebound.

Hannu Hamalainen wins face-off versus Charlie Conway, he sends it down towards Weber, he let's a slap shot rip towards Ville!

Ville get's a stick to the puck! The puck drops out to Rowe he let's a shot towards Ville again...!

The time Ville stops it without a rebound. Potato Chips wins face-off versus Dane Rowe in Colorado zone, he sends it to a neutral zone where Reynolds scoops it up he gives it towards BJ Subban who shoots to get a second...!

Flood catches it preventing a rebound. Hannu Hamalainen wins face-off versus Aleksander Stromberg in Montreal Impact zone. Rudd comes in thought and send's Hannu off the puck and flying! He shoots...!



































Goes wide around the net, Stromberg picks it up and sends to towards Subban who shoots to try and pick up his second...!

OH! It hit's off the post and falls towards Rudd, who let's the shot go!
