yes, it's PGF's fault for submitting a send down into the expansion draft which took place before SHL teams had to submit/finalize contracts/budget for the season. duh. We were just supposed to take a peek into the future and see which send downs would be extended/sent down in the future how does this not make sense to you?
TAKE THE BLAME FOR OTHERS FUCK UPS BECAUSE WE SUCK
Luna I'm not even gunna start with you, not even worth my time. Way to wash your hands of that situation though.
Ultimately, its not your fault or our fault. Why an expansion draft was held before teams knew who was being sent down or even had a contract or not is beyond me.

I can understand where PGF is coming from, as they did not know if he would re-signed when they submitted him. But if we lose him we deserve compensation from the League or PGF. I trust Mac/Jesster/Ragnar will come to a fair decision on this.
Quote:Originally posted by Lunaro@Sep 9 2015, 07:37 PM Have you tried reaching out to a SHL GM to see if they would be interested in signing/sending down a player if they have the budget to do so?
This has already crossed my mind yes, but i am waiting to see what the HO's decision is on this before i would do that.

Why on gods green earth would you get compensation for something you guys fucked up on? There wasn't a rule, so PGF is not to fault (that and they didn't have a clue), and the league owes nothing to any team. It's just something you should have accounted for when picking him.

Because the deal was each team had to put up 1 Eligible player for the Expansion draft. You shouldn't comment on things you know nothing about.

I know nothing about something that was made public? TDW, come on.. I like you but this is your fuck up here... They couldn't predict that Seattle wasn't going to pick them up, and the league didn't set a rule for that. What would "compensation" even be?

I said you know nothing about it as there was 20+ pages of discussion in the GM's office, 307 posts, including a post where Bojo asked what would happen in this scenario as teams didn't know if the player they were putting up would be eligible or not.
Also i don't have a clue what compensation would look like, but thats not my job to decide, hence why i said i hope the commissioners come to a fair decision on this.
