You actually earned 35 TPE not 32 TPE this week.
For your endurance to go to 73 you needed to allocate 26 TPE to it, no big deal since you earned 35.
Altogether you spent 34 TPE, so 1 TPE will be added to your bank for later use.
Also next time link your equipment purchase, I did it this time but for future reference I recommend that you do. It's not big deal for me but for someone else it might be.
