It looks to me like you did everything right except you need to add two more strengths for your player.
Once you do this, you should be approved by a commissioner soon and you'll be drafted tonight!

Reading the 'how each attribute affects' page and some of the start numbers are inconsistent with the template I used from the main page. I should assume the template is canon, yes?

Good catch, I will update the attribute description page right away. Everything starts at 40 except fighting(25) and discipline(62).
