Before I go ahead and approve your player, I wanted to say that we generally don't recommend any attribute on a new creation to be over 13 points because it could possibly hinder your ability in the sim using your limited starting TPE total on just one attribute heavily. If you're feeling confident though let me know and you can go ahead and go on with your starting template. If not feel free to edit your post's attributes (player build tool) and let me know here when you have done so!
