This player has been Audited up to their 03-11-2022 update.
Two issues were found.
First season of regression was calculated starting from 820 instead of 822, the correct amount was subtracted from total TPE, but left the total two short of what it should have been. Second season of regression compounded that issue, but once again subtracted the correct amount even when accounting for the missing 2 TPE, as such the player can add 2 TPE to their banked TPE and no other corrections are needed.
