You trained on Monday, Nov 28th, which is the start of the week that runs from 11/28/2016 to 12/04/2016. You may train again on 12/05/2016.

Updaters generally update on Saturdays or Sundays, but especially over the offseason they won't always, so updates don't necessarily match up.
