my buddies and I have a side rule for EA's NHL series. If anyone is shut out and the winning team score 5 or more goals (ex: 6-0) then the loser must write a page+ apology letter for wasting the victor's time. it's about this time that a pit starts to set in your stomach as you reevaluate everything while secretly hoping for the house to catch fire.
