Go through and do your first free training via the smjhl transaction thread as well as the first season survey in the smjhl progression board as well as the weekly activity check.
If you've done all that then you're well ahead of the game. You can keep doing the weekly activity checks and if you're up for it write a media piece in the smjhl media page. First article is double the pay out. I would suggest opening it up for questions to maximize your payout. You'll use that for more weekly training (500k a week). It's still early in the season so I'm sure people will sign you.
