Ok, you are getting all the attribute increases you asked for, but the banking situation is a bit complicated.
We agree that you earned 65 TPE and had 5 banked. We also agree on exactly the specific TPE you gained from equipment purchase, but maybe not what that adds up to.
You did not use the TPE earned for: PS +3, SK +2, EN +2, CK +3, FG +3 = 13 unapplied
Earned 85 + Banked 5 = 90 available

Attribute increases cost 74 TPE (we agreed on how much each one cost to increase to the value you requested.
