Looks like the only issue is in your Milestone claim. You needed 2 Game Tying Goals, the index has you scoring only one. Okay, so! I apologize, but this might be a little long.
First and foremost, you did not overspend, so nothing needs to be taken out. It's actually the complete opposite--with the changes that you've specified, you've actually underspent by 11TPE. That 11TPE includes a +6 to Scoring that wasn't applied and then 5 spare free TPE to be spent anywhere. The total is correct (352) and the banked total would be correct (2) but you've got 11 TPE unapplied. For now, I'm banking them meaning your bank is at a total of 13--if you want this applied to your build, I believe that's possible, so I don't believe you have to be worried about losing out on 11TPE in your capped build.
