Nah, you can't. The cap you're talking about is the S26 cap, and that claim thread is for S27.
However, you haven't claimed the Mock Draft TPE yet - so you have 7 total (5 capped + 1.5->2 uncapped) earned for that.
Since you only spent 6, I banked 1. Keep in mind you don't have a link to any AC or training this week.
